First step: Applying for refunding-
Please email our customer service team at services@rorohome.com to request a refund.

Please be sure to provide us with your order number, picture of the product (If requested), quantity, and the reason for the return.

Once we’ve received your refund request, it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process.

You can choose whether issue the fund back to the original form of payment that the order was placed or restore the fund to your account point balances.

If you used ROROHOME Gift Cards, those balances will be refunded to account point balances first.

Please note that it may take your bank up to 3-5 business days to process your refund from the date that it was issued by ROROHOME. In order to ensure the successful return of points, please complete the account phone number verification first.
